Dear Parents/Guardians,
It was with great sadness that we heard of the passing of Mason Hernandez, a
grade 2 student at Fraser Wood, last Wednesday.
We have received many condolences from our Fraser Wood families and also a
number of families that would like to pass along their message to Masons family.
We have spoken with the Hernandez family and asked what we can do to facilitate
this in a way that best meets their needs at this very difficult time, and in respect
of their privacy.
Should you wish to pass along a message of condolence to them, we are asking
families to bring their item to the school office. Mr. Nuij and Mrs. Tarnowski will
ensure that it reaches the family at the end of the day.
There will be a service for Mason this Sunday, October 18, at 2:00 p.m. More
