Reedsburg- Today, Nathan Johnson, Sauk County Supervisor and
resident of Winfield Township announced his candidacy for Wisconsins
50th State Assembly District. Wisconsins 50th Assembly District is
comprised of parts of Northwestern Sauk County, Richland County,
Monroe County, and all of Juneau County.
During his announcement, Nathan Johnson explained his campaign.

When I am elected I will work to restore and maintain

Wisconsins top tier public education system by ensuring our
school districts have the ability to attract and retain top teaching
talent, as well as the ability to afford the infrastructure and tools
needed to train the workforce of tomorrow.
A dollar today just doesnt go as far as it used to. When I am elected, I
will work to enact policies that will develop our current industries while
also attracting new business. My goal will be to raise the average wage
of a person working in our communities. We have a world class work
ethic in this area.
Nathan Johnson has been an ambitious and dedicated public servant,
serving in the USAF and on the Sauk County Board. In only 1 year as a
member of the Sauk County Board, he has garnered the trust and
respect of his colleagues while championing the values of those he
represents. He is employed full time providing for his wife and three
daughters. Working for their bright future is what motivates him.
Now is the time to leave the past behind, and work towards building a
strong and stable Wisconsin for the generations that will follow us.
