Notice of Conditional Acceptance and Alleged Debt Verification Notice

NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT; NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL

I a flesh and blood man commonly acting on behalf of the Derek Hill refer to the default notice stated April 6th
2009 and wish to advise that your negotiable instrument has been accepted for value by drawee upon proof of
claim, which may be substantiated by forwarding the following verification of Alleged debt details within 3 days
(72 hours) of receipt of this notice to the address listed below.

1. Proof of the existence of an alleged account or contract in the actual flesh and blood name of Derek Hill duly
signed and witnessed by both parties, not a unilateral agreement and upon which signed page there is reference to
the entire agreement.
2. Proof of claim that you are the current holder of the original above mentioned alleged debt instrument and that
it is not been on-sold to another party.
3. A true certified copy of the actual accounting whereby bank essay has incurred a loss of the alleged debt...
4. A True Bill inked in blue with Bill and value marked upon it's face and not a statement for any amount of
money allegedly owing or owed to bank essay by Derek Hill
5. Proof of claim that there is any lawful money in circulation in the involuntary bankruptcy of Canada backed by
anything of value*.

5, 1933, 73rd Congress, 1st Session and all associated policies; UCC 10-104; Canada, Order in Council No. 16 of
April 10, 1933; Canadian Currency Act 1966-67 and 1985, as non-public money for special as authorized under
statutory authority by the Financial Administration Act sections 21(1) & 20(3) and the Bills of Exchange Act
section 18(3).
