to attend the Parish Youth Council San Sebastian Cathedrals Marian Youth Night 15
with the theme: Time Warp: Reminiscing the Past and Foreseeing the Future With
Mary on September 11-12, 2015 (Friday and Saturday) at St. Joseph Hall, San
Sebastian Cathedral from 8PM-6AM.

In case of fortuitous events that will occur to my son/daughter, I will not hold liable the
Parish of San Sebastian, the Parish Youth Council San Sebastian Cathedral, and
other organizations of the Parish.
