    Access to Higher Education


    The Academy was designed to share and learn strategies and
    information with parents that will help them support their childs
    success in elementary school and prepare them for middle and
    high school. This academy provides support for historically
    underrepresented families. It is imperative that we as a
    district work towards closing the racial achievement gap. The
    program academy consists of meeting once per week for seven
    weeks. We ensure that during these sessions there will be child
    care and food for our families.
    *Each household/family that attends and completes all six sessions
    willreceive a free PC (one PC per household/family)
