Objective - To test the conceptual and analytical skills of students (Individual)

Details : Each student will select a business organisation of his interest. Then, each student
will have to prepare a mini case on that particular company, covering the brief about the
company, then identifying one current/contemporary problem related to that company.
Student should discuss domestic and international strategies the companies have recently
executed for that problem. Analyse the strategies from the perspective of value creation for
the company & customers through these strategies.
Details about penning down a mini case, style of opening and closing a case and how to put a managerial
problem as a central theme of discussion and learning will be further shared by the faculties. Students are
supposed to discuss the progress of the case in 2nd week of October in tutorial class. Partial marks are allotted
for mid-way progress report.
