Leading non-profit organization in Mercer County, NJ

Working with people with intellectual and
developmental disabilities.
Key Requirements
Must have 3 or more years experience in custodial or environmental science
operations.
Management positions must have at least 1 year of previous management
experience in a janitorial setting.
Must have working knowledge of all aspects of general cleaning, including floor
care.
Knowledge of stripping and waxing all types of floors. Burnish with high/low
speed machine.

Bachelors Degree or High School diploma with at least two years of supervising at least ten
people in a production facility or in a janitorial business.

Must be able to work Holidays and weekends. Variety of shifts available. Please
specify availability in your resume/cover letter.
Must have excellent customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Background check required.
