Grace is a capable student teacher who displays enthusiasm for her subject and motivates students to participate and learn. She fully engages with students, prepares well for class, and responds to student questions, though could provide more depth in her answers. Grace also showed confidence in dealing with minor class disruptions. While already displaying key teaching skills, there is still room for Grace to grow into her teaching role, and upcoming professional experiences should help bring together all she has learned.

Grace is a capable student and displays a great deal of enthusiasm
toward her subject, motivating others to participate and learn. She is developing the right skills required to become a good teacher in the future, she fully engages herself with the students, prepares well for class and is on time to lessons. Grace recently prepared a well-organised activity about Bees for the students, in which they enjoyed. She did manage to respond to all the questions asked by students. However she would be encouraged to look at answering some questions with a little more depth next time and allowing students to discuss the questions further. This will promote a deeper learning experience that Grace is looking to create in the classroom. She also showed confidences when dealing with minor class disruption, using good eye contact with a balanced authority. Although Grace is already displaying the key tools to teaching, there is still plenty of room to grow into the role. I am positive that the up coming professional experience will bring together all the skills learnt in tutorials, adding to her experiences. I look forward to seeing the results of the first semester from her. Word Count 196
