Open both images (face & logo).

Select the logo, copy,

then go to face image, click edit > Paste

Adjust opacity of the logo layer to around 50-57%

Use Free transform too (edit > free transform) to adjust

logo to fit face.

add Layer mask, then invert to black mask.

Use white paint (soft and hardness around 45) and paint
the logo back into face.

Then use black paint & paint back the eyes (can use regular
hardness. If you need to correct then switch to white paint to correct.

Once you are happy, click apply mask, then change

opacity to 100%, duplicate the layer

Hide the top layer by pressing the eye icon and then
select the layer below.
Click edit, adjustment, level then select the left output
level bar and push it to the white.

Select layer mode to saturation. The face will look like it has primer/
foundation on. Then select the top layer and press eye icon back to see it.

Click multiply and adjust fill and opacity. You are done! But lets
create displacement map to wrap the logo around face a bit.

Hide 2 top layers and duplicate background layer. Go to

image> adjustment> B&W

then image, adjustment > curve and move the curve up & down to create
contrast. click Save as & save image as displacement. Then delete the
background copy (the B&W layer you just did)

Enable the two top layers then select the top layer. Click
filter, distort, displace.

Choose wrap around then stretch to fit. Set the Horizontal to 1 and vertical to 2.
Press OK then select the displacement map file that you just saved. You can see
the top image adjust to wrap around the face a bit.

Play around with other setting until you get the image you want. I chose the
wrong brush! so the paint came out a bit unrealistic. I change the top layer
mode to color burn instead of multiply and like the result a bit better.
