Chimbotes Festival

Its celebrated in December 4 th-6th for three days, and the center day is on
December 6th.
Many people around the city and the country come to Chimbote for his
celebration.

Music: Come to Chimbote many famous groups

of different kinds of music; rock music, salsa
music, cumbia music, etc. these groups play
music in the main square at night.

Food: Weve got the best ceviche of Per.

All the local restaurants participate in the festival
and prepare the most delicious dishes in a
competition.

Children: Weve got a best of activity for the

children: face painting, crafts workshops,
show for children.

Dancing: Traditional Chimbote dancing demonstrations on the

street. People dance marinera, huayno, etc. on the central day
at 3:00 pm. Many people dress up in traditional custumes and
take part in parades.

In the Festival come many sellers of differents placer of

Per and buy interesting things in the park. At night,
groups of music live on stage and more later people enjoy
with fire work.
