    Synopsis: The Question that has been on debate for a while is to


    build or not to build. The answer to this 8 Million dollar Question
    depends on some very key people.
    The Main people are: the Congress, The Courts, The White house,
    And Trans Canada. It mainly focuses on the main players and not
    the people that matter. The people that matter I find the most are
    the people. The people should be the decisding factor I think
    because they will be the ones actually building the pipeline. The
    people need jobs and this pipeline will create the jobs the
    American and Canadian people need.
