We are proud to let you know we are having an international Rugby Sevens
Tournament in June 2010 and we want to let you know that your club is very
welcome to participate.

The tournament, the “BAVARIA OPEN CURAÇAO RUGBY SEVENS 2010 Tournament ”,
will be organised by the “Netherlands Antilles Rugby Federation” with the help of
“Wara Wara Curacao Rugby Club” This will take place on Saturday afternoon 19th
of June and Sunday morning 20th of June 2010. The tournament is sponsored
by Bavaria (beer).

This will be the first BAVARIA international Rugby Sevens Tournament Held in
Curacao and we will have different teams participating from Europe and the
Caribbean. We look foreward in meeting new friends on and off the pitch. The
tournament will be held on artificial turf/grass, very good for playing rugby(newly
build soccer pitch) metal studs are not allowed, plastic ones only!

The Tournament will be played according to IRB-sevens Rules.

If help is needed in finding suitable accommodation or any other help we will be glad
to assist you with that. Participation fee, to be paid in advance, is 250 naf per team
of 12 players and a Coach.(appr. $ 150)

Please let us know if you are interested as we have limited place available for
participating teams. Due to availability of the pitch we can only accommodate 8 – 10
teams.

We will try to make special arrangements for referee’s willing to come over and
whistle a few games.
