Language Arts from last year which will bring my GPA back up to a 4.0. The steps I will take to achieve this goal are as follows: a.) I will continue to study and do homework for that class. b.) I will continue to study harder for the things that I dont understand or need more help with. c.)Ask for help whenever I need help understanding something. My parents can help me by helping me when I need help. My teachers can help me by helping me when I need help. 2. My SOCIAL goal is to improve my ability to communicate with others in person and over the phone. The steps I will take to achieve this goal are as follows: a.) I will try to talk longer with my friends. b.) I will put myself in the position of talking to people. c.)I will answer the phone whenever it rings at home so that I can practice talking over the phone. My parents can help me by making me answer the phone when people call the house, having me talk with my friends over the phone instead of texting them, and sending me to social events, sporting events, after school activities, etc. in person. My teachers can help me by calling on me when I raise my hand or putting me in the position of talking. 3. My PERSONAL goal is to improve my overall batting and fielding averages throughout the softball season.
The steps I will take to achieve this goal are as follows:
a.) I will continue to hit in the garage for 30 minutes a day at least 5 times a week. b.) I will start to practice throwing and fielding 4 times over the course of a week. c.)During games I will keep track of my fielding and batting averages and work on improving them the next game. My parents can help me by making sure that I work on my goal every day and they can help me keep track of my averages every game and tournament. My teachers can help me by encouraging me to keep striving toward my goal. I discussed this with my parents on: August 24, 2015
