Rule of Thirds
Dont place the main object at the dead
center
- use a grid.
- Use the Rule of thirds to know where to
place the main object in a photo.
- Like the photo below, the flower should be
off to the side rather than right in the
center.

ISO
- ISO is the camera setting that will change the
cameras sensitivity to light.

-A really low ISO setting will cause the photo to be


really dark and a really high ISO setting will cause
the photo to appear very light and grainy.
Shutter Speed
-Shutter speed is the setting that will allow your to
take pictures of a fast moving object.
- When the shutter speed is too high it will cause the
image to be darker.
-When the shutter speed is too low it will turn out
blurry.

Aperture
-aperture changes the focal point of a photo by
changing the focus.
-with aperture you can make the main object in focus
while the background is out of focus and vice versa.
