NINE DRAGON LAKE
OCTOBER 28-30

School-wide camp program

Camp in Context - PSPE focus:

Interactions:
A plan of action is a necessary strategy for a group to achieve
its goal (3)
Active living:
There are positive and negative outcomes for taking person
al and group risks that can be evaluated in order to maximiz
e enjoyment and promote safety (3)
Identity:
Reflecting on the strategies we use to manage change and fa
ce challenges helps us to develop new strategies to cope with
adversity (3)
Increasing our self-reliance and persisting with tasks indepen
dently supports our efforts to be more autonomous(3)

We encourage all students to come

on camp. Camp provides a
wonderful chance for kids to
be risk-takers. By interacting and
communicating with different peers,
students have the chance to
practice social skills and to make
new friends.
