In response to the opening published in the towns newspaper, I would like to be considered an
applicant for the referee position at the youth winter hockey league rinks at your location.
As seen in my resume, I have played hockey for 7 years and have volunteered as an assistant
coach on multiple occasions. I enjoy the game very much and can't seem to stay away from it,
which makes this a great position and opportunity for me. I can work the any and all of the listed
hours as needed and would love to be able to give the young hockey players all a fair chance at
playing the game.
