My heartfelt greetings from Tokyo and I hope you find this message well.
On behalf of NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN, I am writing this letter to make an official invitation for you to
extend your contractual period as a Program Monitor for another six months.
The renewed period as a Program Monitor shall be for six (6) months, commencing on October 1, 2015 and
ending on March 31, 2016, and the assigned Monitors are requested to listen to and submit reports on NHK
WORLD RADIO JAPAN programs regularly in the specified language. Allow me to emphasize that each
Program Monitors report will always be thoroughly studied as a valuable reference for our production team
to improve the quality of NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN programs.
Should you be interested in extension of the monitoring period, please read the attached document titled
Outline of the Work of NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN Program Monitors carefully. If you are
comfortable with the assignment of Program Monitor, and also the conditions given in the said document,
please sign the Letter of Agreement on Monitoring NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN on the following page
and return it to us, as separately instructed.
