    Companies and government can raise long term funds.Capital
    market is a important part of any Economy.It is a economical
    activity of Invester,Bussinessman and important bridge of whole
    Economy.Very important role in this market invester,stock-
    exchang,dalal,responsibal officers. Before capital market activity
    control by capital withdraw authority – 1947 and it was control by
    controller of capital issue (CCI) .
    • Indian stock market was work according to law of securities contract act 1956.which is related
    comprehensive law of stock exchange activities and exchange of bond. SEBI (security exchange
    board of India) The main purpose of SEBI is providing the safety of investors & developed and
    correction of bond market.
    • The capital market consists of the primary market & secondary market. The primary market is
    where new stock & bonds issue are sold (under written) to investors. The secondary market are
    the where existing securities are sold bought from one investors or speculator to another, usually
    on exchange
