Description of Proposed Activity:

Creating skirts for HIV infected girls, at a clinic in Nepal (following the Nepal
earthquake of 2015)

What challenges and/or new skills will this activity provide?

I will be able to develop my sewing skills

Challenges in the organisation of the activity e.g. organising materials for
the skirts, learning new sewing skills, organising fundraising for the
materials, negotiating with other people in the group

What do you want to achieve from your participation in this activity?

Develop my sewing skills

Provide the girls in the Nepalese clinic with new skirts that may be warn in
the upcoming hotter months

What evidence could be appropriate for this activity?

Finished skirts
Photos of the work on the skirts
Negotiations between the group about the creation of the skirts/fundraising
