Good morning everyone. Let me start by introducing myself and my team members.

My name is Mohd
Amirul,my partner Nazrin Adam and Mike Anderson. Today we are presenting a role play/dialog of a
customer complaints.

Amirul : Good morning.

Nazrin : Good morning and welcome to Da Mega Shop. May I hep you sir?

Amirul : Hmm,when I just walking outside your shop, I was interested on an advertisement of the
newest men facial product of your shop.It says that it will help reducing pimples,smoothen and
can make skin fairer.Apart from that,it says that I will get a 20% discount when purchasing this
product.So I decided on buying Gniea Facial Treatment for Men and Gniea Shaving Cream for
Men.

Then amirul (the customer) give an amount of money to Nazrin adam( the seller).

Nazrin: Thank you, sir. Please come again.

After one week,

Amirul : Oh my god,what is happening to my face. It suddenly becames so itchy and my face become
red because of the product.

So he decided to go back to the Da Mega shop.

Amirul : Good morning.

Nazrin :Good morning,sir may I help you?

Amirul : I wanna lodge a complaint about your product.The product causes my face to become itchy.

Nazrin : Sir,can you wait for a while.I wanna talk to the superior/supervisor about this matter.

After a while after both of them discussing about the matter,then the seller (nazrin adam) calls the
customer and told to him that his supervisor(mike ) want to see him in the office to dicusse about the
customer dissatisfaction on the products.

Mike : Good morning sir,.I have been told by my worker that you have a problem with our
product..Hmm..,could you give a detail about this product and when you buy it?

Amirul : I bought it last week at 2 pm at your shop. The product are the Gniea Facial Treatment for
Men and Gniea Shaving Cream for Men. Both of the product makes my face become itchy.

Amirul : Beside that,I have to spend an amount of money to buy it.

Mike : Hmm..,I’m regret that our product causing a lot a problem to you and as a compensation I
would like to pay your bill and expenses to see a skin specialist until your skin become normal
again. Apart from that,we are giving a RM200 voucher to buy any products in our shop..

Amirul : Thank you sir for the offer.i’m really apriciate it..

Mike : Your wlcome and please come again to our shop,sir.
