2 Please be informed that at about 061500H March 2015, available personnel
of this office led by PSI DICKSON G TOLENTINO, Officer of the Day with the direct supervision of the Station Commander conducted Oplan Katok and talked with Firearm Holder Samuel Aldana Bugayong of #319 2nd St., Brgy Ninoy Aquino AC, owner of PSTL, Super 38 Colt with serial number CU03004E. According to the latter, he already accomplished all the process for renewal of his F/A license. He is now waiting for its issuance. Same team proceeded to #234 2nd St., same barangay where they were able to talk with Rey Maribojo y Dende, 23 years of age and according to him, firearm holder Elmer Fontanos Corpuz, owner of 45 PSTL Federal with serial number 503454C is no longer residing at the given address.
3 Said activity terminated at about 061600H of same date with no untoward
