A restaurant catering the needs of both vegetarian &
non vegetarian customers at same place with hygiene
taking into consideration
Reason
Customer Route
 A strict vegetarian goes to a veg restaurant even if his group
members ask him to join them because he doesn’t have faith
in the restaurant.
 Hygine and health issues are the most considerable factors
for eating out in choosing a restaurant.
Market Scenario
The market is booming and is in progression.

A scope in the gap between the high price of food
ingredients and compulsion in purchasing at high
price due to lobbying of vendors and merchants
