    Lead Teacher Responsibilities

    2015-2016

    Provide general support to teachers when needed


    Four quick walkthrough evaluations for each teacher on your team (Sep, Nov, Feb, Apr)
    Grade monitoring (count, balance between subjects, and variance of scores). If you notice

    a discrepancy, share your concerns with teacher directly. If continues, notify Berna.
    Lesson Plans: completion, timeliness, guidance (in SS, religion, etc.), differentiation
    Send out monthly reminders with upcoming events with short explanations (with new
    teachers in mind).

    Share parent letters or parent communication as examples for new teachers
    Meet the Teacher day ideas
    Schedule PTO teacher appearances and emphasis dates where everyone must attend
    Answer questions re: schoolspeak, websites, schedules, email, number of grades, etc.
    St. Rose Day observance- canned food drive. 8th grade will announce during first week of

    school morning assembly.


    Fr. Rafa 20th anniversary of ordination is August 26th. Each class to prepare small gift.

    UST Writing contest, St. Pius Academic Rally, St. Thomas Speech Contest
