This document provides instructions for Assignment 2 of the WGD10103 - Interpersonal Skills course. Students are to work in groups to choose a leadership or teamwork theory and create a 5 minute role-play based on a real-life situation incorporating that theory. Groups will be graded on their theme and presentation. The role-play must include necessary characters, storylines, and dialogues. Formal dress is optional but students must follow the UniKL rules and regulations. This is a group assignment so all students in a group will receive the same marks. Instructions: 1. Every group must search for and choose any ONE theory / concept / criterion related to LEADERSHIP or TEAMWORK. 2. Based on that ONE choice, students must compose a real-life situation complete with necessary characters and relevant story lines. Once it has been completed, appropriate dialogues and conversation must be included for a role-play. 3. The time limit for every role-play is 5 MINUTES. Hence, each group must ensure that its group members get the fairest division of roles. 4. The criteria for the marks are: Theme 5% Presentation 10% 5. Although formal dress codes are optional, students still have to follow the UniKL Rules and Regulations for the other dress codes during the presentation. 6. This is a GROUP ASSIGNMENT which means everyone in the same group will get the same marks. 7. Any group which comes unprepared on the day of the role-play presentation will be disqualified instantly.
