Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 banana
1 sp. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
powder
cup sugar
3 cup flour

cup milk
1/3 cup oil

Equipment

Bowl
Knife
Muffin cup
Cutting board
Beater
Oven
Sifter
Cupcake mould

Instructions
In a bowl put in the
oil, the milk.
Sift the flour, the
sugar and put in the
bowl.

Cut the banana in


small pieces.

Combine the flour, the


sugar, the milk and
the oil with the eggs.

Beat the ingredients.


Combine the banana
and the pecans with
the mixture and keep
beating.

In a cupcake mould
put the muffin cups
Divide batter among
the prepared muffin
cups

Bake at 200 C for


about 25 minutes

Muffins are done


when tops are golden
brown and a toothpick
inserted in one of the
center muffins comes
out clean.
