AFFIDAVIT

I, Korla Nageswararo, S/o. Satyanarayana , Hindu, Male, aged 39 years, residing at D. No. 437, Society Street, Tanuku, West Godavari Dist. Andhra Pradesh 534 211. . state do hereby
solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows.
I and my wife are going to start the business of construction and civil works in a
partnership under the name and style of VARA SRI BUILDERS at D. No. 4-38, Society
Street, Tanuku, West Godavari Dist. Andhra Pradesh 534 211. , The building in which we are
going to do the above business is my own property. I am in absolute possession and
enjoyment of the said property. The said property has been self acquired by me for which a
copy of tax paid receipt is enclosed herewith. I do not intend to charge any rent from the
partnership firm for utilizing my property.
The above stated facts are true and correct and no material facts have been concealed with.
