Rate Analysis for turfing of buffalo grass

Remarks

Rate Analysis was prepared according to the previous records.

This rate is used for future payments.
Initially the existing ground was prepared by removing unnecessary wastes such
as stones roots and ect. Then the top soil (carbonic soil) was spread over the
prepared ground and thickness was maintained as 50mm. After that the plates of
buffalo grass (300mm*300mm) were placed together on the top soil layer and
completed it to get level surface.
(Since the Turfing area was in steep the work was little difficult than in plane
surface)
By considering 30m2 area,
