Press Release Atkinson Police Department ‘The Atkinson Police Department along with the Rockingham County Attorney's Office announce the arrest and indictment ofthe following individuals in reference an Investigation into the death Thomas J. Drake in September 2014, The investigation was initlated by the Atkinson Police after a suspected heroin overdose that occurred in Atkinson, New Hampshire on ‘September 7, 2014 An autopsy was conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for ‘the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Evidence from the nine (3) investigation was presented to.a Rockingham County Grand Jury in July 2015 and resulted in a secret indictment. Indictments were handed down for the charge of Sale of Heroin with Death Resulting and were recently unsealed ‘Arrested on July 24, 2015 by the Atkinson Police and Deputy Marshals ofthe United States Marshal Service was: Nicholas A.
