Domain Name: optuspoo.com.au

.au Domain Administration Ltd (auDA) is the Australian Government-endorsed authority for
the .au domain space. auDA is responsible for setting and enforcing the policy rules for .au
domain names.

Under the Prohibition on Misspellings Policy (2008-09) available at

http://www.auda.org.au/policies/auda-2008-09/ a person may not register a domain name
which is a misspelling of an entity, personal or brand name that does not belong to them, in
order to trade on the reputation of the other entity, person or brand.

For example, under the policy “quantas.com.au” is considered a prohibited misspelling of the
Qantas entity and brand name.

We have received a complaint that optuspoo.com.au may be a prohibited misspelling of

brand Optus Zoo.

If you can provide evidence to demonstrate that the domain name is not a prohibited
misspelling as defined in the policy, then you must do so by no later than 5pm on 19-Mar-
2010.

You will need to send appropriate information including supporting documentation, if

necessary.

If you are unable to show that the domain name is not a prohibited misspelling, or if you do
not respond to this letter, we will instruct the registrar of record to delete your domain name
for breach of policy.
