    Synopsis:
    Are most vulnerable age group in our society are the elders, according to the line chart
    though the number of flu outbreaks in the Prince Edward Counties in long term care
    facilities are declining. Even though they are declining there is still a pattern that is
    starting to show that its decreasing but the following year it increases. The data shows
    that flu vaccines are working but only for every other year.
