FULL TIME PRODUCTION JOBS
Starting Pay Minimum $13.00/Hour New Castle Location
Grede in New Castle is currently seeking candidates for production
work. Grede offers a competitive wage and benefit package, and a
steady 40 hours per week. Benefits include health care, dental, and
life insurance; a 401(k) plan; tuition reimbursement; and a work
environment that helps employees grow in their careers.
Applicants must complete the ACT WorkKeys assessments with a
WorkOne office, and be able to pass a drug screen as well as a
physical/agility test. These jobs are physically demanding and may
require lifting up to 70 lbs. repetitively during an 8-hour shift. Be aware
that foundry work is dirty and can be very hot during the summer
months.
Grede has production positions open in several departments on
2nd and 3rd shift.

Starting pay will be a minimum of $13.00 per hour

Second shift employees make $1.00 per hour more as a shift premium
Third shift employees make an additional 75 cents per hour as a shift
premium
Required Experience

Required Education
High school or equivalent
