Mr Smith 9B English 14 April 2015 White Hat According to the white hat thinking style, there are only facts and the things that are there consider. The boy is not guilty because there is no hard evidence that indicates that he killed his father. Its still not clear whom the knife belongs to, the witnesses testimonies are not solid, and they leave room for reasonable doubt. Even though the kid doesnt have an alibi -he doesnt remember what movie he went to or the actors that played in it-, that doesnt make him the killer. A lot of things lead us to the kid, but they are not enough.
