Elevator Pitch

My analytical report will be a recommendation/research report on the Strengthsquest test. Since

freshman year, we havent been applying it, and I believe that it is unfortunate, especially since it
is student tuition costs that pay for the test.
Knowing ones strengths and what one needs to work on really showcases a persons potential, as
well as their work ethic in the professional world. I believe that the Strenghtsquest test can be
used in a way to gauge performance and improvement throughout undergraduate years and
moving forward.
My proposal is to have the University of Minnesota implement taking the test both Freshman and
Senior year to show the progress and changes that a student has been through. It is also a good
tool to use to see psychological factors of college students, and also will help students prepare
for the work field by knowing their skills and assets.
