Thank you for your interest in investing in Good Eatz Bakery. As you may know, Good Eatz Bakery is an
organic bakery and we source all of our ingredients locally. It is our hope that with your companys
investment, Good Eatz Bakery will become a household name.
Our goal is to have a business that uses as many local and organic sources as possible, while creating an
enjoyable atmosphere for our guests that allows them to right at home. While we have been successful
selling our baked goods independently, we feel that with the proper means, our popularity will increase,
which will allow us to expand into other parts of Baltimore County and eventually into the city.
After doing ample amount of research, we have come to the conclusion that our current location gives us
the greatest opportunity to grow due to the fact that it is in a developing area right across the street from
a the community college as well as the library. Upon completion the development will have over 1,700
residential units as well as a hotel.
