MOTIVATION JOURNAL
For one week (7days), record what you were motivated by each day.
You should aim for at least 5 things each day. This could include
things like:
After your entry, identify and explain what factors played a part in
this motivation and whether each motive was biological or social.
Also, state if each motive that you had was common or unique.
SHORT ESSAY
On day seven of your motivation journal, write a short (3-5
paragraphs) explaining whether you are motivated more by
biological or social needs and why you think that is. You should use
the theories of motivation that we have discussed and learnt about
in class in your short essay (refer to our class Edmodo for
reference). You should also make an effort to address how you think
you are best motivated.
Both your journal and essay are to be submitted via a hard copy and
brought to class on the 14/12/2015.
