Dear Friends of the Arts Center,

As you know, the Verizon Heritage Golf Tournament is rapidly approaching. The Arts Center is participating
with the Heritage Classic Foundation in the annual Birdies for Charity program. In 2009, the unique Birdies for
Charity program raised over $3,250 for the Arts Center.

I am asking for your help! Simply make your pledge based on total tournament birdies or agree to pledge a
fixed sum. Last years’ tournament produced about 1,300 birdies. A 10-cent pledge equaled approximately a
$130 pledge, three-cent pledge equaled approximately a $40 pledge, or if you prefer, simply make a cash
pledge. After the tournament and expenses are all accounted for, the Heritage Classic Foundation will make
a contribution to the Arts Center based on your pledge.

Everyone making a pledge will be included in a drawing

to win a pair of matching men’s and ladies’ watches.

Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the State of SC to accept charitable contributions.

I (We) agree to pledge a fixed sum of $ or cents for each

birdie (one under par score) scored during the four tournament rounds of the 2010 Verizon Heritage golf tournament.

I (We) understand a bill will be sent for the fixed or calculated amount, unless a check is enclosed payable to the
Heritage Classic Foundation.
