Functioned as the only foreign employee at Tennecos Diesel Emissions R&D

center in Suzhou, China

Worked in a multidisciplinary team to design an emissions after-treatment system
(ATS) for large diesel trucks compliant with the Euro 6 emissions standards
Utilized CAD and CFD software to optimize the design of urea mixing chambers
within the ATS system
Managed the construction and calibration of a large-scale hot flow testing lab
Developed fluency in using the CATIA V5, ICEM Mesh Generation and Fluent CFD
software packages

Operated in both the Mechanical Engineering and Quality Assurance teams
Redeveloped an existing safety-mat manufacturing line based on 5S methodology
Diagnosed and repaired a defunct plastisol molding machine, boosting line
