Ingredients:

Deboned Chicken thighs

Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Soy sauce
Oil
Spring onion leaves
Sesame seeds

Procedure:
First, debone the chicken and remove all the extra fats using salt. Wash the chicken
then add a little bit of salt and pepper. Add oil to the pan and wait until its hot then
start frying the chicken. To make the teriyaki sauce, mix 1/2 cup of soy sauce with a
pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar. After frying the chicken, mix the used oil to the
teriyaki sauce then pour everything to the chicken and wait for a while. Chop the
chicken and put them on top of the rice. Add sesame seeds and chopped spring
onion leaves on top and serve.

Opinion:
Our chicken teriyaki was salty, but it turned out well. We repeated the teriyaki sauce
because it dried up. We added too much pepper and salt to the chicken before it
was fried that's why it became salty. It was easy to make and very delicious.
