This study aimed to evaluate the effects of manual therapy techniques including transverse friction massage, tilt patellofemoral stretches, and sustained medial glide on pain, knee flexion, and activity levels in young adults with patellofemoral pain syndrome. The objectives were to assess the efficacy of these manual therapy techniques for decreasing pain, increasing range of motion, and improving function in subjects with patellofemoral pain syndrome.
