Narrative

Patrol observed the above listed subject driving on Munson

Street with no headlights. A traffic stop was initiated and further
investigation revealed that Swanson was intoxicated. Swanson
was then taken into custody and was transported to the Potsdam
Police Department where she was processed and released on
traffic tickets for the above listed charges. Her BAC was a .14%.
