Statement of Ethical Practice

Amanda Pereda
1. I will maintain a high level of professional competence by taking
continuing education classes and being a part of a professional
organization.
2. I will create and maintain a challenging but fun, learning
environment for all children in my class.
3. I will make competent, professional decisions about curriculum
that will benefit the children.
4. I will work collaboratively and respectfully with my colleagues.
5. I will work along side the families to provide their child(ren) with
the best education.
6. I will recognize and respect that each child has unique abilities
and qualities.
7. I will be an advocate for all children.
8. I will report any unprofessional or unethical practices to my
supervisor.
9. I will not participate in or tolerate any harmful acts against
children.
