Week 6 October 6-13

On Friday, October 10, I received an email from the Marketing director at Alaska
Native Hospital. She said that they would take 100 magazines and told me where to
take them.

2015 : Upon receiving 150 more free magazines from a non-profit organization in
Texas, I attended the Alaska Native Educational Gathering at Teeland Middle School
in Wasilla. For about four hours on a Saturday in April 2015, my native friend and I
shared some 60 magazines with the folks as they danced, gave scholarship awards,
enjoyed a potluck, and sold native art.

On Saturday, October 11, I left 10 more issues at the Food Bank. I made some
contacts there that will lead to placing them in several other native hospitals around
the state. There I discovered that I only had 57 left.
On Monday, October 13, I took the remainder to Alaska Native Hospital and left
them with the receptionist at the hospital administration office.
