WHAT IS A CREEPYPASTA?
A creepy pasta is an urban legend or story, passed around the internet on forums or
chat sites. They were initially based on real experiences and written as such for the
fanbase to interpret. Such stories can be found on a forum known as /x/ - for
paranormal.

EXAMPLES OF CREEPYPASA
Godzilla NES my personal favorite when the narrator receives a copy of the
original Godzilla NES videogame in the mail, but all is not right when the game is
actually cursed by a paranormal monster.

TRANSLATED TO RADIO DRAMA

However in modern times the stories are more frequently fictional, and are left in
mystery and rumor. An example of this story will be the one that I am focusing on
today for the purpose of the radio drama.
My story is on the basis of a mysterious letter that arrives in the mail one day to an
unsuspecting reader

SECONDARY CHARACTER

Name: Daisy Jacqes

Status: deceased
Age: 30
Occupation: Restaurant manager
Family: Jorge jaqes, Rita jaqes, jake jaqes.
Personality: Daisy is a very busy woman and spends many thankless hours at her
restaurant making usre everything is running smoothy. When at home, she is checking
her paperwork, and helping her husband with the children. When she receives the
paper in the mail she initially thinks its a joke.

MAIN CHARACTER
Name: Jorge jaqes
Age: 35

Occupation: home care, looking after the children. But is unemployed.

Personality: jorge is a kind and caring father who is looking for a job now his wife
has passed away. Jorge was unaware that his wife had read the letter. He was
distraught when his wife died and had to care for his family alone. he had soon
found the letter and read it aloud. This bringing to his attention that his wifes death
was not really an accident.

OTHER CHARACTERS
Name: Rita jaqes
Age: 12

Occupation: attending school, jorges daughter

Name : jake jaqes
Age 9
Occupation: attending school, Jorges son.

LOCATION
The home of the jaqes family. They live in central london, where the buzz of the city
is what keeps Daisy so busy at work.
It is common that accident happen all the time out in the city, which makes the letters
reasoning even more plausible.
When daisys accident occurs, Jorge is quick to accept it and move on, because the
city is such a chaotic place, he never would have tried to investigate the accident for
himself. But can he stop what is going on, is the true question.

PLOT
After recovering from his wifes tragic accident last month that lead to her death,
Jorge must continue life without her, until he discovers the very thing that had caused
her death. A letter.
A mysterious person, known as the Reaper explains in the letter that since the dark
ages, both god and Satan recruited the forces of reapers average people given the
task to eliminate one named person every day to keep the ever growing population
down.
The twist is that they make their murders look like accidents. In the news, when you
hear about people dying in work related accidents, it was actually the reapers that
were involved, hiding in plain sight as every day people in the workplace.

CHARACTERS THE REAPER

The reaper itself seems to be a very polite person, and is described as looking like a
regular human being. and treats the murders of the people more like business rather
than a personal killing. He refuses to know the victims names because they feel it
would be too personal otherwise.
This attitude to killing his victims is almost more psychotic because despite being
polite, he does not care for the person they will kill, and simply does it knowing the
person having a life.

WHERE WILL IT BE AIRED?

I would like to have this story aired on online radio stations that feature similar
works. There are horror radio stations on the internet such as http://www.horrortheatre.com/ this was I can reach my target audience the best because on the
internet, a member of an audience can select what they want specifically from
the internet. This way, I know my target audience will find my piece of work
because they have come to the right radio station on the internet. This helps me
isolate my target audience.

NARRATIVE STRUCTURE - LINEAR / NON-LINEAR, SINGLE STAND, SERIAL ETC...

The story is set in a non-linear narrative. This is because Jorge picks up the letter and
is informed via flashbacks that his wifes death was not due to an accident like he
had originally thought. This plot twist in the story will keep viewers interested
because the story is not going how they has thought it would go. This series is not
going to be a stand alone, and will have multiple episodes, in ach episode new
victims will make themselves known and the mystery will unravel further.

STATEMENT OF INTENT
Statement of intent.
The reason you should pick me to direct, produce and make this radio drama is
because of my passion for the creepypasta genre. Ive always enjoyed the
spooky stories that have been passed down the internet and through many
peoples lives. I hope to release this story to the internet to have it also become an
urban legend among the internet. I have been an avid reader of such stories
since I was 13 years old. I have read both good and bad creepypastas and so I
know what it takes to make a good one.
