Is the HSE Policy posted in the facilities

Is the STOP system being implemented at the facilities
Is TRIC being carried out for every job every day
Is appropriate signage in place
Are fire extinguishers in appropriate locations and in date
Any fixed fire fighting systems
Have eye wash stations been installed at the warehouse and
the security hut
Is there a stocked first aid kit available in store
Who maintains the first aid kit, Trained first aider
Is the Journey Management system being implemented for
personnel travel. What about night driving policy ?
Vehicles in good condition? Inspection/maintenance record ?
Defensive driving, drivers medical .
Is site security in place and implemented
Is potable water available on site
Is waste segregation and housekeeping sufficient with
adequate exit access
Assessment of ambient air quality in the warehouse
Check certification of lifting gear / crane/baskets. NDT for
padeyes. Pressure vessels, RV certified ?
Handtools inspection/maintenance plan & safety guard
remember Schlumberger incident ??
Is appropriate PPE worn (earmuff, face shield, leather glove
etc)?
Cleanliness of WC, food making areas, domestic waste
disposal. Food kept refrigerated
Check dedicated storage areas for equipment - check
condition of stored equipment, appropriateness of storage
area etc.
Workers competent/trained? Aware of work related hazards?
Hazardous material labeled ? SHOC available ? Chemical
stored under tarpaulin at designated area?
Any toolbox, safety meetings held prior work ?
