Good standard of general education

Specific qualifications (or equivalent)

including Maths & English at grade C or


above or equivalent (A, C)
IT qualification at level 2 or above (A,C)

Work or other relevant experience

2 years Management experience (A)


Experience of identifying and understanding
key issues, long-term goals and main
priorities of the LGBT community and gaps
in existing service provision. (A, I)

Experience of delivering outcomes in a


strategic environment (A, I)
Experience of working in partnership with key
strategic partners (A, I)

DESIRABLE CRITERIA
A degree or equivalent in social sciences or
related subject (A, C)

Experience of sourcing funding and writing


bids (A,I)
