Coupling material MS, We have to choose the material in BSP Standard


Rockwool density 48 kg/m3 50 thk.
Shell is covered with ms sheet 0.8mm thickness plate
Head and QOC is covered with fibre
Weight of the system
11 Tyre Net weight 5100 kg
7 Tyre Net weight 3500 kg
The Air inlet is the drain, air inlet and outlet are same a non return valve is

used in for this function.


Door seal thickness 16 mm and 6 bar pressure act on the door seal
They conduct only hydro test and UT test, no radigraphy test done.

Center 9 couplings
1 Useal for door lock purpose
2,3,5,6,7,8,9 Vaccum the air from the envelope ( for first 20 min.) and Hot air inlet
to the evelope

Above center 4 couplings
1,2,3 Heater Junction.

Below the center 8 couplings
1 Temperature indicator

3- Pressure indicator
4,5 Extra couplings for more two tyres ( They usually do like this)
6,7,8 This couplings used for the MEP Function (Modulative Electronic Pressure
control), That is these coupling used to sense the temp and pressure in the chamber
and convert in to digital ouput.

One is connected with switch another one is connected with solenoid valve. This
valve send the hot air to the envelope inlet from the chamber. The pressure is
fluctuated by using fluctuation device.
BACK VIEW
Center 7 couplings
1 to 7 It is used to feed the 8 bar pressure in to the Tyre.
Below center 2 couplings
9,10 It is used as extra two tyres
Above center 4 couplings
1 Door seal purpose.
2,3,4 Heater junction. That is the heaters 3 Phase connection connected with a
coil in the coupling. In other side the all heater coil connected with the wire, all are
connected in the junction.

inch coupling used as a pressure relief valve
Other 7 M10 coupling used to hang the tyre in the chamber with the use of
Monorail.
Monorail is bolted with the M10 coupling inside.
Bottom
Two 2 inch coupling one is used as inlet and oulet of air
Another one is sprare for the inlet.
