In context to the above cited subject, kindly find enclosed herewith

the new Guidelines on Command Area Development and Water Management
(CAD&WM) programme for the XII Plan as received from Ministry of Water
Resources, CADWM Division New Delhi for implementation of programme.
Therefore, you are directed to kindly prepare and submit the fresh
proposals under CADWM programme as per new Guidelines using the current
BSR 2011 within 15 days, so that the same may be furnished to the state Govt. for
approval.
