10 Interview Questions

Answer the 10 questions below using the STAR method.

1. How do you handle stress?


I just try to tough it out and handle it the best I can.
2. What motivates you?
Getting good grades and doing good in school.
3. Think of a time when you worked as part of a team. What were your experiences?
Were you able to complete the assigned task? If not, what did you learn from the
experience?
I consider my job as a team because we all work together when we get busy to get
everyone their food with no mistakes and try to keep them happy.
4. What do you expect from a supervisor?
To be able to handle stressful situations and keep everything under control.
5. What are your goals for the next two to three years? How do you plan to achieve
those goals?
To graduate high school and move on to college and be successful in life. I plan to
achieve this goal by continuing to focus on school and graduating.
6. Describe a difficult experience at work or school and how you handled it.
At work we get busy on friday nights and they get very stressful but I just try to get
through it without getting too stressed out.
7. Describe your career goals.
Hopefully to become a great teacher.
8. How do you measure success?
By how many people you impact positively in life.
9. How would you handle it if your boss was wrong?
I would just let it go unless it was putting my job in jeopardy.
