The late CADET ORLANDO CLARENCE FRAZIER was born
in Chicago, Illinois, June 18, 1950. He was the first child of
Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester L. Frazier.
Orlando joined the Coppin A.M.E. Church at an early age
and remained there until death.
He attended both Public and Catholic Elementary Schools
in Chicago, Illinois.
On September 8, 1964, Orlando entered St. Emma Military
Academy at Powhatan, Virginia where he made many new
friends, and became quite active in Curricular as well as extra-
curriewier activities.
On Friday, April 1, 1966 he expired leaving to mourn a
mother, Mrs. Sedonia Victor Frazier, father, Sylvester Frazier,
one sister, Vanessa, one brother, Varick Leon. Also two grand-
mothers, Mrs. Frances Neal and Mrs. Emma C. Frazier; one
grandfather, Mr. Morris Neal; one great-grandmother, Mrs.
Mary Louise Williams; a large number of aunts, uncles, and
other relatives and friends.
