3. Presentation and comment on the Draft Preferred Alternative for the Downtown
Transportation Study (Fedolia "Sparky" Harris, City, 15 minutes)
4. Recommendation for a Vision Zero program in the City and County of Sacramento

5. Review, discuss, and adopt recommendations and findings made by the Transportation
